You are very passionate about the sport of badminton you need to get yourself some great badminton equipment. When you are playing a sport you need to have the right tools so that you can excel in the game and not get hurt. Badminton is a very quick game and the right badminton equipment will help you win. You can go almost anywhere and get some great badminton equipment.
The basic badminton equipment that you are going to have to get is a birdie a racket and a net. You want to make sure that the equipment you get is good-quality. There are two types of birdies that you can choose from. You can choose a plastic birdie or you can choose a birdie with goose feathers. You choose a birdie with a cork top or a plastic top. If you are strictly playing recreational Badminton then you would like a plastic birdie because they will last longer when you smash them into the grass.
After you have selected the correct birdie then you need to find a great racket. There is a debate going on right now whether a tight racket or a loose racket is better. When you are choosing your badminton equipment a tight racket or a loose racket is going to depend on your skill level. If you are a beginner badminton player then you just need to get a durable racket. Make sure the racket feels comfortable in your hand and is not too heavy. You want to be able to play for at least two hours without being tired because you're racket hurts your hand.
The last thing you are going to have to do when you are getting your basic badminton equipment is to get a net. The net should be very easy to setup and should be able to be anchored well into the ground if you are playing outside. Specifically if you are a beginning badminton player you will want a net that is durable because it is highly likely that you are going to be smashing lots of birdies into the net.
Once you have all of your basic badminton equipment you are ready to start playing. You become a more advanced badminton player you to want to invest in some more high tech equipment. So for now, place the net outside in a great playing space grab your racket, a birdie and a friend and get playing.
